Partner Selection

The selecting of Partners is a key to the success of our business. We go through a very stringent process to ensure that all executives working under the SFI banner have the ability to deliver results for their clients and add considerable value to their businesses.

Our business model is based on your success in the market – demonstrating our dedication to both our clients and you. Our assignments see us working directly with CEO’s who have a financial interest in their business and interested in both profit and equity value. We present to them only the best quality individual to assist in driving the growth of their organization. We seek commercially minded people that understand the balance of profit and growth; we want people who have had the same level of accountability, responsibility that the CEO experiences every day.

When looking for Partners (franchisees) we look for:

• CEO’s and senior executives with a minimum 15 years senior executive experience
• A deep desire to in working with mid-size corporations to improve their market penetration, profitability and employee effectiveness.
• A person that is outcome driven and able to manage several clients at once.
• Strong project management skills and able to deliver change management with a strong emphasis on people management
• Sound financial skills
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and re-engineering to maximize profitability
• Analytical skills for reviewing business, statistical data and designing cost effective business models and growth strategies
• Sound experience in sales and management of sales divisions directly or through VP/National Managers.
• Understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing and/or six sigma methodologies
• Either delivered consulting or hired consultants to deliver significant assignments within their businesses using top tier consulting firms
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or similar fields
• A willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 50%
