John Lloyd

John is a highly experienced senior executive with a strong track record of results prior to joining Sales Focus International. As Chief Executive Officer of the Australian and New Zealand operations of a NYSE listed organisation in the Agricultural arena, John delivered significant growth and cost efficiencies with a focus on the sales and marketing initiatives.

His ability to analyze business essentials, develop sound but simple strategies and drive the implementation process all with an eye on growth, cost efficiencies and profit is the key to his career success. In particular he excels in the area of maximizing price and distribution strategies so as to increase profitability.

His background as a CEO and in General Management and Business Development roles in both Australian and multinational companies operating in industrial markets ranging from chemicals to capital goods has provided him with an outstanding understanding of different sales channels and marketing strategies and the experience to know how to apply on time the right actions to deliver sustainable results. Patrick Veer

Patrick has been involved in consulting for over 5 years and brings to clients an extensive and successful background in corporate sales and marketing with the focus on the delivery of results. He has assisted companies in Canada and USA in penetrating new markets, and has developed sales channels and distribution networks that have delivered significant positive impact to their businesses. Patrick works to improve the overall sales effectiveness, pricing strategies, and marketing, including direct marketing strategies that drive businesses and deliver results to the bottom line.

Prior to consulting, Patrick held the position of Vice President Sales and Marketing, leading a team of 50 direct sales and their managers in the construction industry with an annual sales budget of $130m. He delivered 25% growth, increased marketing effectiveness, cost effectiveness and was a significant contributor to their five year strategic plan. He also established a profitable export and distribution sales channel to the Republic of China. Adele is the founder and director of Sales Focus International originating from Melbourne, Australia. Adele is now based in Chicago and leads the growth of the company in the USA market through our team of consultants.
